Our strengths and talents will get tested, since we are born until we die, constantly. This is what I have found to be true throughout my life. Both the pleasurable and difficult situations have challenged how fit I was physically, emotionally and mentally, to enjoy the sun or to navigate the storms.
We can spend our time getting beautiful, or pursuing the best house, or waiting for magnificent relationships, and it will help, but getting fit from within is probably the best long term investment.
Mental strength is at the axis of this fitness because from here we can calibrate the rest of our dimensions. Staying inspired has been my specific mental strength, where I have found my way to stay connected and bring the best of myself to my personal and public life, in every moment.
I have found that feeling inspired has always driven me to help and support others in the ways that are available to me. So this is a strength that brings me inwards to move me outwards.
